Forest and Trees Activities

Saint Francisco is the patron saint of my school. We used leaves and recycling materials.

Twenty-four students of Nakomiady Primary School went on a field trip to the forest on the 2nd of October. Their guide was a forester Jaroslav Naumiuk who was showing them amazing woodland. The students tried to recognize tree species. It turned out there were even 12 types of trees on a small forest section. In Poland, it’s a phenomenon.
Moreover, Mr Naumiuk told the students about forestry, forest resources and forest management. He claimed that forests are our common good which needs to be protected. At the end of the trip, he asked students to hug trees and listen to them.

Our little forest adventure
Students from Bulgaria were involved in forest adventure. We called it Forest Classroom. Students observed nature around them and have fun with some activities showing them the beauty of autumn forest.

ICELAND_Preparing to start!

We here are preparing the portal to decorate our preschool. After to paint we used our collected material. The plants and flowers were collected during an excursion with our favourite bear called BLÆR.

We went walking to see what animals and plants grow around our preschool. We used the aid of binoculars. It was fun!! We collect all kinds of things and keep them to paint them at the preschool.

During this week we have being using our plants to decorate the preschool walls.

We planted some seeds at the end of September and they are growing. The plants are in the class and the children water them every day and put them near the windows. Then, some of them drew some pictures about forests.
